Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Центр. Закрытый двор, если кто на машине. Пляжем пользовались на срз. Маршрутка 20 мин но можно и пешком 40 рынок рядом, но в соседнем доме есть свой мини рынок. Рядом кафе и кофейни. В доме неплохая столовая, хотя мы и привередливы. В общем это отличное и удобное место. Отдельно о хозяйке. Спасибо за проживание.
