Advantages:

Хорошая квартира за свою цену, идеально для непродолжительных заселений. Хозяйка нормальная, адекватная. В квартире был полный комплект расходников, ничего из бытовой химии и т.п. покупать было не нужно.

Disadvantages:

Шумный холодильник, кровать короткая, меньше двух метров. Высоким людям спать будет неудобно.
