Дом в очень тихом месте. Есть парковочное место во дворе и перед домом. До моря 15–20 минут пешком. Также в пешей доступности «Сбер», «Магнит», «Торес», «Пятёрка», почта, овощные ларьки, 2 кафешки, всё в 5–10 минутах от дома. Обратно дольше, мы на горке))

Отдельная мангальная зона, где можно пошуметь в пределах разумного.
