Прекрасное место для тех кто устал от городской суеты, участок расположен возле леса, рядом протекает река Бжид, до пляжа пансионат Туапсе 20 мин пешей прогулкой, на участке бассейн, летняя кухня, прекрасные условия отдохнуть душой, слиться с природой!
Есть прокат велосипедов, Saa (доска для плавания)
Осенью сезон грибов так что любителей собирать грибы ждём вас, с пустой корзиной не останетесь!
B 10 м от участка есть зарыбленный пруд, можно посидеть в свое удовольствие с удочкой, снасти предоставим.

С 15 декабря 2024 года запускаем баню
Оплата бани отдельно (Мин 2 ч -3т₽, каждый последующий час 1т ₽)

Advantages:

Хозяйка отзывчивая, бассейн чистый, база не старая

Disadvantages:

Не доделан ремонт на участке, нет принадлежностей в сан узле, нет посуды в номере, дорога поцарапала борт авто кусты.

1. Мы не предоставляем средства гигиены 2. Посуда у нас на общей кухне до всех домиков и каждый берет то что ему нужно и сколько нужно. 3. А что касается дороги, так мы находимся в уединенном месте, в лесу 4. Все верно как вы подметили, база новая и мы ее совершенствуем и облагораживаем!
