До моря 25 пешком вдоль речки через рынок или на автобусе до дельфинария, через остановку. Берег галька.

Есть всё нужное для недлительного проживания, соответствие фото, цена — качество, расположение спокойное, квартал достаточно тихий

Disadvantages:

В квартире было грязновато, присутствовал изначально неприятный запах (как будто рвоты), но не критично. Позже выветрился либо я привык. До пятёрочки идти далёковато...
