В квартире ооочень сильно воняет, диван на кухне отдельная история, если честно появилась мысль что на нем кто-то умер и очень долго лежал, квартира грязная, пыльная и самое главное владелец(или администратор) не присутствуют при заселении и при выселении, лишая нанимателя фактически возможности проверить совместно технику и общее состоянии, что в моем случае привело по итогу к тому, что в течении 4-х дней на мои заявления о возвращении депозита, никто просто не реагировал, а после того как я вынуждена была обратиться в службу поддержки, владелец(администратор) вышел на связь заявив что мной украден пульт от тв и половину депозита он оставляет себе. Будьте осторожны, и настаивайте на проверке квартиры при выселении.
