На первом этаже находится холл со столовой-кухней. Спальный двухместный диван.

На втором этаже комната. Отдельный санузел с большой душевой, туалетом, раковиной с зеркалом. Два двухспальных дивана.

Тут же есть небольшой задний дворик для отдыха на свежем воздухе и курения, изолирован от соседей.

На третьем этаже комната. Отдельный санузел с ванной, туалетом и раковиной. Кровать для двоих, кровать для подростка (весом до 25 кг) и кроватка для ребёнка до 3х-5 лет.

Инфраструктура: магнит, пятерочка, кб, супермаркеты, рынок и аптеки находятся в шаговой доступности, пляж в 1400-ах метрах от коттеджа. Прогулочным шагом по набережной 15-20 минут. На машине 3 минуты.

На набережной есть развлечения, кафе, магазины и т. д.
В посёлке есть дельфинарий и аквапарк.

Возможность пожарить шашлык.

Парковочное место на 2 легковых автомобиля.
