До моря 15 минут по красивой набережной вдоль реки прогулочным шагом. В квартире имеется всё для отдыха 4 гостей: балкон с видом на стадион, отдельная кухня с бытовой техникой и принадлежностями, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Заезд от 3 дней. Без животных.

Доброжелательные хозяева, расположение, внимание. дом расположен в отличном месте, без шума, без ночных гулянок, без рева ночного автотранспорта. Присутствуют все заявленные условия.
