Advantages:

Вид решает всё. Просто супер, особенно вечером. До пляжа 45 секунд, если не спешить, купались каждый вечер после посиделок на балконе, не могли отказать себе в возможности окунуться в ласковое тёплое море, находясь так близко. Хозяину респект, идёт навстречу пожеланиям, доброделателен. Постараемся повторить

Disadvantages:

Нужно быть готовым к проявлениям эмоций отдыхающих в 3 ночи, окунувшихся в море. И сплит шумноват.
