Advantages:

Мне всё понравилось. Цена - качество. Единственное были проблемы со смывом унитаза, но это ерунда. За это звезду сбавлять не хочу. Всё остальное работает, чисто, уютно. Приятные хозяева. Выселение бы ещё сделали стандартное 12:00, а не 10:00 можно было бы 11 звёзд поставить.
