Advantages:

Доброжелательное отношение. Все в наличии. Вид хороший из окна. До моря сравнительно недалеко через пансионат Шепси.

Disadvantages:

Дом находится на высоте примерно 85м от уровня моря, не для всех комфортно подниматься в гору. Цокольное расположение квартиры. Не хватает женской руки по наведению чистоты
