Advantages:

Основное достоинство локации-тишина в любое время суток. Доброжелательные соседи.

Disadvantages:

5 км разбитой лесной дороги. У авто с низким дорожным просветом могут возникнуть сложности с проездом. В курортном посёлке нет никаких магазинов и общепита. Крутой спуск к пляжу.

Advantages:

Посëлок находится в лесу в горах, где чистый горный воздух. Тишина спокойствие, до моря в целом не далеко, если бы не крутая лестница. Квартира на 1 этаже с балконом с видом на лес, в квартире всë есть, что нужно.

Disadvantages:

В посëлке отсутствуют магазины и кафе, на пляже тоже ничего нет, продают только мороженое и лимонад. Негде купить продукты. В море крупные камни, купаться не очень приятно. Спуск к морю - крутая лестница.
